Well here it is..... December 10th only 15 days till Christmas. This is such a wonderful time of the year, even when you are broke!!! Just a few months back I started selling off my pa system, sending out letters notifying pastors and music ministers of the end of this ministry and fearing the unknown. I am exited to say that God has been very faithful in meeting all of my needs above and beyond. The Ministry has been reorganized and set up a bit different now but looking forward I think you will like what you see and hear. Now don't think I have lost my country roots when I tell you I am doing more Praise & Worship than Southern Gospel. I have simply adapted to the times in which we are part of and allowed the music to speak to me in such a way that I want to share it with you. I am open on select Sunday Mornings in 2010 to come and lead worship at your place of Worship or present a concert of Praise. I will also continue my Southern Gospel Concerts from time to time with a new twist. I will share now though my concerts about missions and on some occasions preach. I want to say thank you to some very special people in my life for their wonderful support this past year. First is my beautiful fiance Kelsey Wiggins who has stood by my side through thick and thin. Kelsey means more to me than I can tell you and has been a huge blessing to my life. My mom and dad have also been a huge support as well as my very special dog Buster. Craig and Brittany Tackett who I have only known a few years have been such a huge blessing to me this past year and are some of the most loving, caring, ministry minded people I know. Although I love B's singing much more than Craig's. He ministers to me time and time again though a Thursday night Bible study called Rhythm www.rhythmva.com ! I also want to thank all of the churches, family members and friends that have prayed for me sent cards to encourage me or called me up to see how I was doing. Christmas will be different this year, for I cant spent as much as I have in years past but I can give more than I ever have. Its not about the money its all about the gift. What gift will you give this Christmas? Will it be Love, Joy, Peace, Time or will it be a roll of tube socks, a gift card, or a sweater from JCPenny? I encourage you to give Love, give time, give joy and forget about the toys and the clothes that no one really wants any way. May you all have a very Merry Christmas not a Happy Holiday and may your home be filled with Love from the Savior above.
