Jesus has a specific plan for your life. He wants nothing more than for you to accept Him as your Savior and to have a personal relationship with Him. You see God sent His son Jesus to die for your sins. Jesus did this out of great love for me and you not because He had to but because He wanted to. There are a few things that we must first realize though. We must all recognize that we are sinners. You see the Bible ( God's Holy Word) says in Romans 3:23 That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. We need to have that desire to rid sin out of our life and want to change and turn from our sins. Second we must realize that Jesus has made a way for us by going to the cross and dying in our place. Romans 5:8 says: While we were yet sinners Christ died for us. Third we must repent of our sins. Acts 17:30 tell us that God commands all people everywhere to repent of their sins. 1 John 1:9 says, if we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The awesome part about Jesus is that we have a 24/7 prayer line open to Him. There are no fancy words that you have to use or a specific prayer you have to pray it is just you talking to the Lord one on one. The Bible tells us in John 1:12 that all who receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave them the right to become children of God! Acts 16:31 says Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved! Salvation is a free and simple gift. First you must receive it, then you need to grow in a personal relationship with Jesus.
